Please note, we have national currency - Lats (Ls)
1 EUR = 0.7 Ls /  1 Ls = 1.4 EUR
You can change money at the airport (better to pay by cash for the hotel), train terminal or everywhere in the city, there are many exchange points, or bank terminals (Swedbank, Nord LB, Nordea, Norvik)

Деньги для оплаты гостиницы лучше поменять в аэропорту, курс примерно 1 евро = 0.7 лата. (чтобы заплатить наличными за гостиницу) курс по городу отличается незначительно. Обменных пунктов много, в банках могут взять комиссию за обмен. Российские рубли обменивать невыгодно.

From Riga Airport to Keizarmezs (Ezermalas Str. 30):

1. Riga Airport - Keizarmezs Hotel by taxi: approximately 18 km (20-40 min) depends of time.

You can call to Freetaxi company - cheap taxi: +371 8880 www.freetaxi.lv
Fixed price, from Riga Aeroport (Līdosta) to Keizarmezs (Ezermalas) 7.63 Ls (11 EUR)
Or  you can use Baltic taxi service - you can purchase BalticTAXI vouchers for a fixed price of  14 EUR for a ride (max. 4 persons) between any two places in Riga (including the airport). http://www.airbaltic.com/public/to_and_from_riga_airport.html

2. Or by public bus No22 from bus stop in airport to the city center (bus stop "KATEDRALE")

Ticket for 1 trip costs 0.7 Ls - you can buy from driver.

From city center to Keizarmezs (Ezermalas Str. 30):

From city center (train and bus terminal ~ 400m) to Keizarmezs by bus No9: from bus stop "Merķeļa iela"  to "Saules dārzs"
